It should not be limited to parking spaces, however. Make sure there’s also a service elevator they can use to reduce traffic in the main elevators and stairwells.

Make some ground rules about noise generation at the job site. If it’s a roof replacement, you can do this by choosing a tough but quality material that will require less hammering. You can also set guidelines about noise generation with your roofing contractor. Playing loud music at the worksite, for instance, should be a no-go. Or, if a crew member has to communicate with another one, do it some other way instead of yelling out each other across the roof.
