The work was done right, the materials were of excellent quality, every question and detail handled professionally, the people are friendly, nothing was damaged and the clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Jeff Lovelace and his team to anyone. In fact I already have!
Jeff and Justin was very professional and handled everything in a very professional manner. They treated my property like it was their own and took many pains in protecting our valuables! Very quick but also very very nice job!
I cannot recommend them enough! Jeff and his team did first class work. He worked with our insurance company & was very responsive when I had questions (and there were a LOT). I found them through a referral from a neighbor and I in turn recommended them to another neighbor! If you need a roof (and you might not know that you do), call Ritco. They'll do you good!
Highly recommend this company for the work and fast response to my roof problem. Called them they were able to come out that same day explain cost to repair and fixed it the next day.
I was not looking forward to having to go through the process of having my damaged roof repaired, but Jeff and Deborah with the Ritco Group made it a painless process! Jeff was spot-on with the estimate and the work was done super quick. Deborah understood my issue with depositing my insurance check and was very helpful with the payment process. I would recommend them very highly!
Would give 10 stars if possible. Jeff is a true professional. On time, high quality and fair price. Went above and beyond on quality and clean up. Even shoveled a pile of snow out of the way so my wife had a safe walking path. Always communicated and responded to any concerns. Ritco is the best and I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Ritco. Jeff and his team were great. I needed part of my roof repaired from where squirrels were getting in and my attic vent replaced. I was given a free estimate. They came down the next day and did an amazing job. They were professional, on time, had great communication, and I was given a great price. I'm very happy with the work they did. I will be calling them for all my future roof and home repair needs.
